Mr. Sekhar is a highly respected Motivator, Mentor, and an exceptional Guide who has inspired generations of students. Fondly known as the “Career Guru & Friend of Youth”, he has dedicated over three decades to counselling and mentoring thousands of students in choosing and pursuing higher education—both in India and abroad.

His guidance extends beyond students to include corporate executives, helping them enhance their management skills to navigate the evolving challenges of the corporate world. His holistic and insightful approach to career and personal development has left a lasting impact on countless individuals.

Mr. Sekhar currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of M/s Ashwins Centre for Learning and Overseas Education Private Limited, and as the Principal Secretary of the Ashwins Advisory Board. Prior to his current leadership roles, he held various key positions in the education sector and the corporate world, where his contributions have consistently been outstanding and transformative.

An Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate, Mr. Sekhar further pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, followed by a Master’s in Business Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, Labour Welfare, Training & Development and Industrial Relations. His academic background forms a solid foundation for his diverse and accomplished professional journey.
