Mr. Wesley – A Dedicated Public Servant and Mentor to Youth

Mr. Wesley recently retired from serving as the Additional Secretary to the Government of Kerala, bringing with him over three decades of distinguished service in public administration. Throughout his career, he has held several key positions including Joint Secretary, Administrative Officer, Registrar, and Controller of Administration across various departments within the Government of Kerala.

His vast administrative experience is complemented by specialized training in critical areas such as the Right to Information (RTI) Act, Disciplinary Proceedings and Good Governance. Known for his effective leadership and integrity, team building stands out as one of Mr. Wesley's core strengths enabling him to foster collaboration and drive performance in complex government environments.

Academically, Mr. Wesley holds dual degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering, a rare blend that reflects both analytical rigor and technical insight. Beyond his official duties, he is widely recognized for his social engagement and mentorship. Since his college days, he has actively participated in student-oriented initiatives; guiding young minds toward the right educational paths and helping them achieve their aspirations.
